RED FLAGS
FOUNDATION

HOLD. YOUR. LINE.

Red flags don’t always arrive looking dangerous. Sometimes they arrive as charm, attention, intelligence, excitement, chemistry, or something that seems too good to be true.

What matters is what happens when your boundaries begin to be tested, negotiated, ignored or pushed.

Women of different ages and backgrounds together

No woman should have to lose herself before she feels entitled to choose herself.

Red Flags Foundation exists to help women recognize red flags, trust their own judgment, and hold their boundaries—no matter how they’re tested. We provide education, practical resources, and community for women navigating manipulative and unhealthy relationships and working to rebuild their independence and lives.

We focus on observable behaviors and their impact, not diagnosing people with narcissistic personality disorder.

A boundary

You are asked
to explain or defend it.

Pressure
continues.

You make
an exception.

The line usually doesn’t disappear all at once. It moves an inch at a time.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • You know something feels wrong but can’t explain why.
  • You keep explaining the same boundary.
  • You find yourself making more and more exceptions.
  • You are quietly researching your options.
  • You are preparing to leave.
  • You aren’t ready to leave.
  • You are ready to rebuild.
  • You need community after becoming isolated.
  • You are starting over financially or professionally.

You don’t have to prove it was “bad enough” to start protecting yourself.

HOLD YOUR LINE PLEDGE

  • My boundaries are allowed to exist even when someone else dislikes them.
  • Persistence does not turn my no into a negotiation.
  • I will pay attention when words and actions repeatedly contradict each other.
  • I will not mistake intelligence, charisma, status or chemistry for character.
  • I am allowed to change my decision when new information changes what I know.
  • I will notice when staying requires me to become smaller.
  • I do not have to reach complete destruction before deciding I have had enough.

FOUNDER

Founder portrait from the provided design reference

Red Flags Foundation was born from lived experience. From watching independence and boundaries gradually erode. From years of instability. From the moment the lesson became clear: one of the most important things women can learn is to recognize when their boundaries are being moved.

I can’t change what it cost me to learn this. I can make sure the lesson doesn’t go to waste.
