AMY HUNTER
If you found your way here, there is probably a reason.
Maybe you saw a shirt that made you laugh.
Maybe something in the Journal felt a little too familiar.
Maybe you are trying to understand a situation you cannot quite put into words.
Or maybe you are simply at the point where you know something in your life needs to change.
Whatever brought you here, welcome.
I created Red Flags & Receipts because I wanted to build the thing I wish I had when I was going through some of the hardest, most confusing chapters of my own life.
I wish I had clearer language.
I wish I had recognized certain patterns sooner.
I wish someone had handed me a framework and said, Look at what is actually happening—not just what you hope is happening.
I wish there had been a place where I could learn from somebody else’s experience before having to learn every lesson the hardest possible way.
Red Flags & Receipts started with red flags, but it became about so much more than warning signs.
It became about the receipts.
The things we remember.
The things we write down.
The patterns we finally see when we stop looking at each moment separately.
It became about learning how to trust yourself again.
How to set a boundary without apologizing for it.
How to stop abandoning yourself just to keep somebody else comfortable.
And how to move forward without allowing what happened to become your entire identity.
I do not believe healing has to look perfect.
Sometimes it looks like crying.
Sometimes it looks like laughing at something you could not laugh about six months ago.
Sometimes it looks like finally saying no.
Sometimes it looks like buying the damn shirt because the message on it reminds you who you are.
That is why RFR has so many different pieces.
There are clothes. There are stories. There are resources.
The Receipts Room is coming. There is community.
And there is a Foundation being built for the people who need more than words.
I am not building Red Flags & Receipts because I have every answer. I am building it because I have lived enough questions to know how important it is to have somewhere to start looking for answers.
If something I went through can help another person recognize a pattern sooner, trust their instincts faster, leave a bad situation earlier, set a stronger boundary, or simply feel less alone, then the experience becomes useful. That matters to me.
This brand is personal. But it is not only about me. Eventually, I want it to hold thousands of stories, lessons, resources, conversations, friendships, and second chances. I want someone to come here during one chapter of their life and return years later realizing how far they have come.
Because what you survive does not get to decide who you become. You do.
So keep the receipt. Learn the lesson. Raise the standard. And whatever happens next— become impossible to break.
